I bought Redmi Note 13 Pro, it's keep lagging. I have contacted the seller and he is ok with refund. Seller wants me to post the item and he will cover the cost. I went to check return services and DHL is costing £49.95 . 

My question is shall I pay that much cost to return or ask the seller to send me paid return label? 

Can seller be trusted and ill eBay be helpful to return item and postage cost if buyer won't refund it?

If it's still within 30 days of purchase do the return on ebay.  If it's been more than 30 days they won't help.  You'd have to rely on the seller being honest.  It is a risk.

But WHEN did you buy it, and even more importantly when was it delivered??Do PLEASE give exact dates ehen asking questions.

If this was the phone for which you left feedback, your seller made this a private listing so we are unable to see who they are or when it was sold. All we can see is that you left the feedback within the last month.

If you are still within the 30 day time limit (from delivery) you need to open an item not as described case under eBay's money back guarantee case. Do not delay to negotiate with the seller. eBay will require the seller to send you a prepaid return label and will issue a refund on return with tracking proof of delivery,

If you leave it until even a day beyond this time limit eBay will not get involved. You may then have to ask your credit or debit card issuer whether they can help, if that's how you paid.
