I sold three shirts to one buyer and sent them in 1 parcel via Evri parcel arrived but 1 item should have been sent separately my mistake. Now its showing 2 items delivered 3rd item awaiting postage

Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched.   They will remain unused and if the buyer paid for them the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

Then add the tracking number to the extra items at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.
