Missing parcel

I have been waiting for the parcel for three months now and still no parcel, av superstore is the seller, evri is the carrier, evri stated that they have delivered it there is no evidence to this, there picture shows a parcel dropped near a gate, this is not my gate I am lost not getting any help from anyone, ebay,evri, or the seller

After 3 months you wont be 'getting any help from anyone, ebay,evri, or the seller ' as you only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to raise a claim,this is explained on every listing with the eBay MoneyBack Guarantee link.

You may be able to claim from your payment provider instead who usually allow 120 days,try them.

It's looking like a case for rip off Britain, for the sake of £26.you would think that evri and the seller would settle this ,I'm not trying to rip any body off £26 isn't worth it.

    Evri and the seller must be in a bad way.
