Hi I need help . Ok so I bought 2 planters seperate transactions but same seller . In the day of delivery only one showed up they both had same tracking number and both showed as been delivered. I wasn’t in but on ring door bell it showed only one box . I contacted seller he said I only ordered one must have been another seller . Showed him evidence never replied I filed complaint he then said both delivered. My problem is eBay won’t refund as they say both delivered even though he admitted only posting one .
