Hello I recently bought an item but need to return it. When I go to my purchased item tab the item is not there!  I have received the item and can see payment in my PayPal account but nothing on eBay😙. HELP

Did you buy as a guest when you were not signed into your Ebay account?

You need to find the email you got from Ebay when you bought the item.
