Missing Item

Hi guys,

I need help, I ordered 2items from the same vendor, and only one was delivered but the delivery details says both. The proof of delivery shows only one being delivered. 
I have gone to try to report missing item but because it’s showing the item is delivered, the option of reporting it is not received is missing. I have chatted the seller via the chat provision available and yet to get feedback. How else can I take this up and get my money back pls?

You are quite correct in that you will lose a Not Received case because the tracking will show something was delivered, but not what the package contained.

You need to open a return using the reason! parts missing, or Does not match description, the seller will get 3 working days to resolve the case.

They can either ask for the other item to be returned and refund the whole lot on return, or they can offer to send you the missing items, or they can offer a partial refund.

You can accept whichever is best for you but do not let your seller run you out of time by waiting for a replacement. If you haven't received the item or a refund in a timely manner escalate to ebay for them to step in and refund you. 

Edit: your seller will have to send you a pre paid label if they want the item back. This must be sent within the 3 working days.
