Good morning I have just been informed by eBay that I won’t be getting a refund for a package that I have not received the courier was evri.I received a delivered txt with a picture of the package beside a blue fence as there are no blue fences in my area I informed evri I did not have the package they insist it was delivered with the proof being the picture.What I can’t understand is why is that picture proof of delivery if it was at my door then brilliant but it wasn’t so I contacted away plus the seller they also say the tracking says it was delivered I am so angry with eBay I paid for delivery to my address not some blue fence anywhere in Glasgow I am never buying from eBay again by the way the item was £19.99 not a lot of money.So all I can take from this is they think I stole it 🤯🤯🤯
