You put in a claim with whom?
You need to open a case for item not received, and if incorrect tracking is added, then it will not close in the seller's favour.
If by chance it does favour the seller, all sorts of weird and not wonderful things are a happening, then contact eBay Customer Services if you can show the item was not delivered to the name , address , postcode on your delivery details for that item.
