Missed the deadline for cancellation

Hi all,

 

I probably missed the deadline for cancelling an order. At the same time, the buyer also could not cancell the order any more. 

 

I, as the seller, did not receive any payment yet. I think Ebay is probably holding the payment in their account for the time being. 

 

What can we do to cancel this order? Thanks.

Is the order older than 30 days?

In that case, unless the buyer asked to cancel and you declined it, you should be able to cancel the order:

Thanks. I have clicked 'cancel' as instructed. However, the cancellation could not proceed - the message from ebay says that I missed the deadline for cancellation. 

 

The buyer also would like to cancel, however he / she could not cancel from his / her end as well. Not sure exactly what happened. 

 

Any ideas?

Thanks. Here is the update. I followed the link and tried to cancel. However, 

 

1. One message shows that 'You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order'.

2. The other message shows that 'We couldn't complete the cancellation because you didn't respond to the request within 3 days. Please contact the buyer.

3. The buyer just told me that he / she is still seeing that 'cancellation rejected'. 

 

Both buyer and seller want to cancel. What can we do now? Thanks.
