I have received a parcel in error for someone in Littlehampton. Delivered by Evri but they can't be contacted

This may not be an eBay item?  Does the postage look familiar to other parcels you've received from eBay? If not , nothing you can do with help from eBay.

I've just Googled how to contact Evri on receiving a parcel in error,  it took me straight to a telephone / Call Back,  or chat option.

Try Mr Google for help with Evri CS.
