Misplaced order

Hi has anyone had this issue I ordered items that actually got sent to the complete wrong destination. My items were meant to come to the UK but actually got sent to a post office in Kansas city.

That is some mistake.  I've had a parcel intended for Austria going via Australia so these things happen.

What's happening about your money?   If the item is lost you have 30 days to get your payment back.    Sellect "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.

That's great thanks just spoke with agent who helped to sort out refund
also had a bit of a chuckle stating that UNITED KINGDOM REALLY DID SOUND
LIKE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
