I’ve been messaging a couple sellers asking about their item, but my messaging are disappearing once i press send and not delivering? What is happening? I am not revealing any personal information or crossing any guidelines set out by eBay- I just want to ask if they are genuine items etc

There are frequent problems with messages but no seller is going to admit to selling fake items as it's against the law.

If you believe an item is fake when you receive it,use the eBay Moneyback Guarantee to get a refund.

I'm pretty sure that any seller of fake items is not going to respond with 'the item isn't genuine'. 😀
