Making an offer for multiple items

I've had a buyer respond to "reply with offer" to buy 1 item, but there are 2 for sale and he wants 2.  It didn't appear to allow him to buy 2.  How can I re-offer the 2nd item?

If you want to combine postage and send them together cancel/refund the first transaction (via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist both together at the agreed price with one postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Thanks but I am not sure that would work as it is a collection only item - could be wrong!

Not sure that would work - the first item has been bought and paid for but apparently the buyer has tried to accept the offer, but it is not accepted as he has done that for the first item.
Only thing I can think of is offering it to everyone as a buy it now but at a certain time so he can get in first?

Yes, you can do that or relist as auction, making the start price what's been agreed.    After they've bid you can end early (via the dropdown arrow) and there's a link to sell to the highest bidder at their highest bid price.

If they're for collection keep them separate so your buyer gets two QR codes to prove they have collected each item.
