Marking an item as posted

I have recently sold an item but for some reason i can’t mark it as posted,I’m worried eBay will hold my money indefinitely even though I’ve sent the buyer a picture of proof of postage in the form of a post office receipt!

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Did you print and use the label supplied by Ebay?

The last item you sold was listed with Ebay Simple Delivery so there would have been a label to dpwnload and use.

When you  downloaded the label, the tracking would have been automatically added to the sale and the item would have been marked as sent.

Your items were listed with Simple Delivery.  See below for how the postage is displayed on your listing.

If you don't use the label Ebay supply, the tracking will never show as delivered and you will have to wait for payment.  Your funds will be released 14 days after the transaction date.

 

Standard Tracked Delivery

 

Postage: £3.38

 

Express Tracked Delivery

 

Postage: £4.00
