How to require delivery proof with eBay's new system?

How on Earth do you add a Signature requirement with the new mandatory system?  eBay clearly state that they cover only for loss prior to delivery.   I have had several claims from customers that items were not received DESPITE carriers saying they had been delivered.  Because I required proof of delivery, it could be proved that the place the parcel was left was NOT at the delivery address & I got my money back but now there seems no way to do this.

Inclusive postage appears no longer permissible, which had solved the problem.  On editing an item, I found that despite the wording still stating p&p was included in the price, eBay had substituted their new scheme - which was also  invisible in the My Selling section.

Is there no way to extend coverage?

Under Simple Delivery,  eBay require tracking to show delivery ( signatures not required) then payout for that item is released 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking,  payouts are held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
