Mark item as dispatched

I have recently sold an item, and the buyer has paid. I have dispatched the item by Royal Mail and informed the buyer, but I didn't get the postage label through eBay. I have tried to manually mark the item as dispatched, and enter the tracking number, but it won't let me do it, I just get a message which say it's not eligible for this action... what should I do? Use a laptop / PC with Chrome and not the app or mobile browser and add your tracking manually this way:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

If it's not possible your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
