I can't purchase posting label as eBay says can't verify credit card - which I have previously register and used  before: details are correct checked them multiple times  have contacted the bank: the card if fine no problem and eBay haven't even contacted them: so why is my message saying can't verify card at this time?   eBay have already issued funds the same day they were payed instead of holding them : so I have the payers money and can't send the item.
