Making offer payment

Looking for some help, ebay  AI is no use for answers. Something has happened recently if a seller has a few items listed and there is an option to make an offer on the items, however if accepted the payment for each item accepted is taken individually rather than as a bulk buy. Is there a way to switch off this setting?

Sellers have to enable combined postage or allow combined invoice requests.   You can ask a seller to cancel and relist items on one listing with one postage for you to buy.

If seller has used setting requiring immediate payment, then as soon as seller accepts the offer, payment is taken.

Only if seller does not require immediate payment, could seller possibly combine, but with new systems, it is not possible for private sellers to send combined invoices, coupled with the problems of Not so simple postage, sending several items in one package, leaves seller without proof of delivery for each item.
