I reached out to the seller and there just as as confused. We are both in the UK.

No doubt another of ebay’s glitches, it is time they got something working properly.

Some carriers charge extra for highlands & Islands, so sellers exclude them.

I'm just based in the East midlands, about 35 mins from West midlands, so quite centrally located.

I ended up purchasing this item 127184007967 via the sellers website. So hopefully that's kosher and legit. The seller had established feedback that was all positive and the website was small etsy type website, however nicely laid out.
