Making a best offer isn't working

I have tried various browsers and the result is just the same a silly web page only when trying to make an offer for an item! Any advice is welcome. 🌝

Yep Best Offer isn't working for many,  you ae not alone.

eBay are trying to fix the issue,  in the meantime they're advising to message the seller sending in your offer if they will accept,  to change the starting price and you can then buy from the Buy it Now option or from auction for them to End to Highest Bidder.

It's annoying for one and all,  but worth a shot in sending that message to the seller.
