Make offer not working

Every time I go to make an offer on an item it comes off the make offer page and goes to a redirected home page I’m a serious buyer and alot of my purchases have been done under make offer pretence why won’t it let me make an offer now and how can I rectify it

Offers have not been working for a while now.   eBay are trying to fix it apparently.    In the meantime you could make an offer to the seller by message.   If they agree they can revise the listing for you to buy.
