Made an offer which was declined but sale went through

I made an offer on a pair of earrings which was clearly DECLINED (I have a screen shot) then the sale went through and I have been charged for the earrings. No email, no message no nothing that the sale was agreed from eBay??

That's very odd, is it in your purchases?

It's just possible that the listing was immediate payment required, and payment was taken but will be returned if the purchase didn't go through.
