Made a mistake , downloaded eBay app, hated it, listed an item on website, AI stopped me listing it!

EBay has just wasted over two hours of my time today because of their senseless changes, AND AI ! Whoever told them that AI was going to make eBay better ? I’ve just tried to list an item , and got sick of the AI scan asking me to change this and change that 😱 it’s the worst thing they could have ever have done. I will not be enslaved by this AI rubbish because it’s just aggravating me!  

I absolutely hate the new app, which has obviously been designed by a blindfolded technician who has never used the system to list anything. I’m really fed up with eBay now, it’s gotten too complicated, and the way I’m feeling after being totally frustrated by its AI robots, I won’t be listing anything else anytime soon.  I’ve been a member since 2002, 100% feedback , and I’ve never seen such a hopeless mess as the one they’ve dug themselves into, now.

You can uninstall the app. I don't and wouldn't use the eBay app for listing items.

Hi, yeah, cheers, I’ve deleted it , it’s just not user friendly nor
intuitive. After the evening meal I felt less stressed and did eventually
list the item w/o further hassle from AI.

I don’t like the fact that one cannot instantly talk to eBay anymore w/o
having to exhaust all the options they want you to consider before being
‘allowed’ to ring or chat with them. It’s the same everywhere I suppose -
the more technically advanced humanity gets, the less the human aspect is
considered.
