I recieved a MC011 email over a month back to upload tracking for all items i had sold iv done this, But it says the only option is to reply to that message through ebay messages to get that reinstated. Tried all platforma cant respond to it been on live chat multiple times keep getting told thev raised it with the team wait for a response a month later still no response and still no money im owed in my seller acoount can anyone advise how to respond on this email any tips.
