Had 5 in last few days, as a seller, with buyers getting exactly same one, without them ‘triggering’ anything.
Assume it’s related to the Royal Mail pre-paid postage labels issue with codes with prefix YA, and their system being unable to read them - though saying this, tracking appears to be back this morning, albeit with a two/three days ‘gap’.
Hopefully all will be back to ‘normal’ soon !
