Locked out of my advert

I can not access my advert to revise the information in it. There are pictures of locks by each section. Why and how do I remove them.

Any pending offer has to be declined,  or timed out,  and they now last 96 hours,  before you can revise anything on your listing.

Yes I have had an offer on the item and refused it.
The advert needs revising and with the locks there I can not access it.

If you declined the offer and there are no others pending,  wait until a little later on today and try again.

If it still doesn't allow you, sorry no idea why it shouldn't,  then you may need to end the item and relist it with the corrected details.

Hello Thank you for the info. I haven't had this happen before.
I intend to phone ebay later and ask them about it.
Your suggestion to end the listing amend the ad and relist it may be the
easier option.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Weekends lines open between 9 a.m. to 6p.m.
