Local pickup item but no replay from seller with address

I have the winning bid on an item that was listed as local pick up.  After the auction closed I sent a message to the seller asking for pick up address and what time would be convenient for them for me to collect.  Also I said I would settele the invoice on collection.  3 days and 4 messages later, still no reply.  I am reluctant to pay until I have and address and preferably sight of the item due to the expense.  Any suggestions? How long d I wait before I am forced to cacel the order, even though it is an item I would like.  But with no reposnse from the seller I am at a dead end.  There is no contact number, only communication using Ebay messaging.  Ebay help/customer service offers nothing of any use; the automated assisstant is not assisting.

The seller will not be able to send you their address etc. until you have paid.

Ebay no longer allow you to pay when you collect.  Unless it is a motor vehicle, you need to pay via Ebay within 4 days of the sale.
