Listing hidden because it violates Ebay policies

Hi

We've had a listing hidden by Ebay. The email from them says -

"One or more of your listings have been hidden for not following our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. "

I've checked the listing and cannot see any problem with it. I've tried to contact Ebay to get them tell me exactly what the problem is but end up going round in circles with an AI chatbot that is completely clueless about the problem. Is there still a way to contact a human? Or have they all been replaced by AI?

Please help.

Thanks

Tracey

The best time to contact Customer Services is very first thing in the mornings when the lines first open for 'live agents' on weekdays, at 8 a.m.  there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
