I attended to do a return on a item and did it wrong I cancelled it and I would like to try again but it won’t give me the option to cancel help please

I'm afraid once a return case is closed it cannot be reopened, nor can another case be opened for the same item.

What was the reason for the return?

If you have received a damaged item,  one not as described,  you can turn to your payment provider now,  for help with your refund.
