Listing for hatching eggs removed - live animals policy

Is anyone else having their listings for hatching eggs removed my Ebay?

They state it's due to their live animals policy

You can't speak to a real person and no matter how many times you state that they are eggs, NOT live animals.

Absolutely sick of it as hundreds of hatching egg listings remain

Listing for hatching eggs removed - live animals policy

Under eBay's Live Animals policy, hatching eggs are no longer allowed to be sold on eBay:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/live-animals-policy?id=4327&st=3&po...

However, as mentioned by @papso22 , eBay are slowly removing any listings that are still up and running.

Listing for hatching eggs removed - live animals policy

Hi Guys

Thanks for the replies

That's a pain, when did they change that?

Just looked at the latest policy info

Yes it would make people realise sooner if they just stopped it, rather than leave a lot up

Thanks for the help

J

another matter is that the sellers should be registered as business sellers and most are not.
