Other members read the posts in this forum, not 'Ebay' and we can't tell you why your listing was removed or reinstate it for you.

We are members like yourself, so cannot action any release of holds on accounts.

Can you give us more idea of the violation. Was it the items you listed what were they?

You only opened account recently.

Have you added bank account and had it verified.

Tobias is correct have you registered for eBay's Managed Payment?

You may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.
