Been marked down for a late dispatch on an item that was shipped on the same day as purchase. The delivery took longer than expected to reach its destination, even though a premium tracked and signed service was used. There was no tracking updates at all on its journey, only when delivered which was 4 days late than it should have been. The shipped date was then updated as the actual delivery date
In my view, Its an unfair mark down, as details of tracking were added on day of purchase & posting.
