I have made a purchase via klarna. The first installment has been taken but still says i need to pay for the item in the ebay app. Any ideas. Thankyou

You need to pay for item via ebay checkout, choose Klarna as payment option.

You can't pay by instalments on eBay. You have to pay the full price to buy the item.

If you pay by credit card or other payment provider that provides credit, you can then pay off your card debt by instalments.

I thought Klarna allowed you to pay in instalments if you wished?  Or am I wrong ?  🤔

You are correct Klarna is an acceptable payment method on eBay

The seller wouldn't get your details for delivery if you hadn't paid

I'm not sure how long the app takes to update,even if it does.the app doesn't have the full function of the site.

ould you use a pc/laptop to check or possiblty the desktop  browser

Yes, you can pay Klarna by instalments, just as you can spread a credit card purchase over several payments.

But as with a credit card, when you select Klarna as the method of payment at checkout Klarna pays the full amount to eBay.

If you are already paying Klarna instalments for the purchase and eBay still shows the item as unpaid you need to take this up with Klarna.

Good thought so, you just confused the little grey cells here a little,  when in a previous post you said......
