Hi I need help, have recently messaged a seller asking if they accept klarna as payment the seller has agree and said this is fine, I have clicked and commit to payment of item but will now not allow me to make payment threw Ebay and says cash on collection. I have messaged the seller who has said they are unable to change this or cancel order even though I have messaged to confirm payment with  klarna first before committing. Is there anyway around this to complete order using klarna?

unless the item is a vehicle then cash on collection is not allowed.

A buyer can only use whatever method of payment that's on the listing.

What are you buying?

If cash on collection is allowed then it sounds like a vehicle. Cash or bank transfer is only safe way for vehicles, as you have to inspect before handing over your money. There is no money back guarantee for vehicles, so paying any other way, and hoping vehicle is as described means you are virtually giving your money away, with no chance of a refund.
