Items received don't work

I purchased two Micro SD Cards, they arrived but they are not working they are not up to the spec they say they are, as the drone they are being used in just keeps saying  "Card inserted is slow please replace"

I contacted the seller, and he agreed to send two more, but they have never arrived. All he did was prove that the original ones did get delivered.

I contacted him again and he asked if I want to return the first two(To China) for a refund.

Items received don't work

Chinese sellers usually use this ploy for buyers to send their faulty goods back to China.  Check the listing for those cards,  does it say a location somewhere in the UK ?  Then, listen no more to your seller,  the item goes back to that UK location and for a faulty item,  the seller pays for that tracked postage.

Proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  so you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

You then go right of the item in your Purchase History,  and from More Actions select Return this item,  selecting the reason...  Item Doe Not Match Description or Photos,  or select... Defective / Faulty item.

The seller has 3 days to accept the case,  if they don't ,  you need to  escalate on day 4,  or within 30 days,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

If the seller wants the item back first,  they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage.  On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  Again,  if they don't,  you escalate the case.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give and they will send you many requests,    and do not forget to escalate.

One thing, if they give you a Chinese address or unreadable menu contact eBay Customer Services this happened to me recently, CS refunded me straight away.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
