Items collected, code entered but still being told to dispatch

Hi

ive had 3 separate orders (containing multiple items) collected by a local buyer. 
6 digit collection codes was entered for each order.
however they all remain in my “POST NOW” section. 
How do I get these items to move out of my post now section? 
It’s strange, the banner at the top of the items states “dispatched - courier scan 28 sep” but if I click on that banner, it states “collected on 29 sep”

if it’s tracked as collected why is it still in my post now section?

Is there an option to mark as dispatched?

No unfortunately not - if I click on it, it stars it’s collected 🤔

Was the 6 digit code entered correctly?  Check again, one digit out and it will not mark as collected.

They may just be taking a while to update but contact ebay and ask them to check for you.   You can request a callback on here:
