Hi this item states it has a 10 year warranty is this correct

Not enforceable.  eBay still only allow 30 days for claims and we see plenty of cmplaints on here about sellers not honouring warranties sometimes just a few months later.

Any warranty offered on ebay is only as good as your ability to enforce it, that listing states a 1 year warranty.

If you look properly at the listing and the pictures, the 10 Year warranty is on the inverter/compressor.

AI says you should read the terms and conditions - this is a fairly common warranty on fridges and freezers but does only cover failure of the part and probably won't cover any labour costs.
