Item stuck on Ebay phone app, but transaction completed on my home computer

I recently sold a motorcycle seat.  The item has been paid for, posted and delivered to the buyer.

On my home computer, the transaction is showing as being correctly completed, however the Ebay app on my mobile phone is stuck saying 'Paid -Post now' for the item.

When I click on the notification, it says I don't have any sold items, which is incorrect as I have sold several items recently.

Has any one else experienced this problem and how did you correct it?  I suppose I could try deleting the app and reinstalling?

The ebay app is not 100% reliable,and does throw up errors which is one your seeing on it now.

Make sure you have the latest version installed,clear cookies and cache,and also try uninstalling and reinstalling.

If  none of the above work,and you still get the error,then best scrap the app and use a browser on your device instead.

A Pc will always work best for ebay.
