Item shows incorrect description

I purchased a hand liquid foaming bottle having broken mine that I bought years ago. It does not foam and just projects a flow of liquid. I have approached the seller who has offered a partial refund which I am still in discussion about. Having now looked at their feed back someone else has complained about the same issue. So my question is, how to get the seller to change the wording ( with eBay’s encouragement!) so that others are not scammed by the incorrect description like me.

There is already a system in place, it is called the 30 day money back guarantee. Buyers only get scammed if they allow it to happen. There is also buyers ability to leave feedback.
