ebay will not accept my pictures needed for a return refund claim regarding a webcam

I am trying to get a refund by sending the returns form. Photographs are required. The format of my Pictures is JPG, but your system which says it accepts JPG, will not allow me to upload them, it  states-We can not take this format, It must be JPG JPEG etc
