Item shipped but payment not recieved

Hello everyone,

I'm new to selling in ebay. I listed an item (camera). A buyer contacted and accepted my product. in ebay website and app its showing "awaiting for payment" . but i received a mail from ebay as buyer paid the money and ship the item so that i can receive the money after delivery.But, i cant see the amount in my payment tab as on hold or balance. Can someone help me explain this.

I am really sorry but that looks like a spoof email.   Did you provide the buyer with your email address at anytime?

How much was the camera?

Edit, just seen the price.  I think that makes it likely that you got a fake email about payment. It should say paid in your account.

The best way to check is to ask ebay CS if the buyer paid.

Yes, he asked to shot a video and send in mail.  1600 is the cost.

What should i do now?

Unfortunately you won't get any help from ebay.

You could report it to the police.
