I posted a dvd to a buyer.
She has returned it to me with no previous contact of a problem.
The disc is missing and she is asking for refund. Stating the disc is region 1 and not stated.
It doesn't say on the jewel case it is region 1.
It's a tv series called Alibi
My guess if you live in England it will play.
She is demanding a refund.
I have just looked in my account it says out for delivery. Which is wrong, I posted on 23rd Feb, and she clearly received it. Also says Payment pending!
I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

If your buyer has opened a case for item not as described, you will have to accept and refund through those case details within 3 days. If wish for the item to be sent back first, you pay for the return tracked label, and only refund when the item is back with you, you have 48 hours then, to do so.
The refund will be taken from any payment pending, if there's non in the Available section of your Payment Summary.

If the item has been returned in the same condition as sent out then best refund the buyer.
Add them to your blocked bidder list here, https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

That is a US release and is NTSC Region 1 - even if it doesn't state a region code on the packaging - so it will only play in the UK if you have a multi-region player. Try messaging the buyer to tell them that they have left the disc out of the box and see what response you get. You'll still have to refund anyway but not including the disc may be an honest mistake on the buyer's part.
