Sudenly there are a flurry of posts about sending items and not being paid for them due to the post office not scanning the codes. Even untracted items , with the post office has a code that the postie should scan. its  the barcode.

Now I have just posted about  dealings I've had with ebay about not being paid, lo and behold I have a reply not saying who its from, saying "get in touch with e bay and ask that funds be released due to another glitch . Read my post please "been on to e bay for hour Sunday to try and get cash" but computer says no. Now others are asking about this and are being given the same advice just contact them and it will be sorted. No it wont. If its not been scanned its 14 day wait for your cash reguarldless of good feedback from the person who bought it. I was told ah well they could just say they have it. WHAT .

Once again no button to press to give a reply to  members.  Supposed to be a forum to pass answers to problems. How can you if no button to press and give answers? Not greyed out as said before just, give cudos or mark as helpful. If you are getting wrong answers its not helpful is it?

I have looked at your posts and you have repeatedly been given the correct information:

If no tracking or not showing as delivered, sellers get paid after 14 days.

Mentors have been advising that if tracking shows delivery on the carrier's or Royal Mail website, even if Ebay has not caught up with the tracking, then Ebay Customer services will release your money.

If the tracking does not show delivery at all, then you will have to wait.

Your items are not showing as delivered so contacting Ebay was pointless in your case.
