Returned an item I purchased as no longer required. I purchased the item as a 'guest' and did not use my account. Item was returned to the seller and was delivered (as item was tracked) 8 days ago (6 business days). Contacted seller directly with all information (item, order and return id) but no response. Used Ebay customer 'contact us' but no help as automated. What do I do? Help please!
