Item not showing in purchases

Hello there

I'm trying to track a purchase i made in July 23 ie a shower that now has a defect. I'm trying to find out who i bought it from as i need a copy receipt to show the manufacturer, Crosswater, that it is their product & to prove when it was purchased.

There is an amount on my bank statement on the 17th July 2023 for £219.00 which I'm sure is the item but it does not show up in my ebay purchase history. I've checked hidden purchases aswell but nothing there. The ebay ref; on my bank statement is 0*26-10288-56.

Any idea how i can track down this payment to a seller.

It should be in your purchase history unless you bought it when you were not logged into your account and checked out as a guest.

If that is the case, then you will have to find the email you were sent confirming your purchase and payment.

This will be in your personal emails, not your Ebay messages/email for this account.
