Item not received pretty boring really ,but item was said to have been delivered by the dreaded useless Yodel, a tracking number was provided which was to an unknown address and parcel was left by a front gate!! Well we are an isolated property with no neighbours and no front gate!! I reported non delivery to Ebay who closed the case in favour of the seller because there was a tracking number provided! So got no refund and no replacement item, which on conclusion means that deliveries can be made by yodel anywhere they like and as long as there is a tracking number to that wherever location! they are then exempt from liability and in my case, so is the seller!! ??There should be GPS proof to show where these cowboy delivery people actually leave parcels! Ebay should be able to look into this because at the end of the day I've paid for an item that I have not received!! So much for buyers protection!!!
