Item not received

In the app it shows as the item got delivered but I didn't receive the item yet.

If  you have received a message that tracking is showing delivery then check with household members,  neighbours,  if they took it in, and look around the property in case it has been left in a safe place.

End of the day if the seller has tracking to show delivery they will win any case you open for item not received.
