 item left outside my door unsafe place never received any item. Seller will not help. Not responding to my messages except that shows item was delivered as it clearly shows it’s not in my house it’s left outside unsafe place

Ebay will go with the seller as the tracking shows delivered.

This is something that happens quite a lot. Have you checked with neighbours to see if they took it in.

It has happened that they knock or ring the bell when taking the photo. If no one answers then they may have tried neighbours.  A long shot but worth asking.

If it has been stolen then report to the police. Not sure what they can do but may give you a crime number.

I am afraid that this happens a lot, but if tracking shows as delivered, then seller is protected. 

You could try dealing with the  Courier, but they may only deal with the seller who will have no interest in getting involved, or you could try your payment provider, but they too will probably accept the tracking.

If by any chance it was delivered by Royal Mail it is worth making an almighty fuss with Customer Service [edit - sadly for future reference only I note it's Evri.  Best of luck there please let us know the outcome]

By letter [of course] to Royal Mail Customer Service FREEPOST Plymouth but be aware that they tend to start with a random reply so you may ahve to get back to them emphasising what you mean
