Item not received

I ordered an item about a month ago, original delivery was beginning of April but then changed to end of April.  Still not received so tried to contact seller but no longer registered.  Also there is no evidence on my account that I ever ordered it.  However I do have the email received ref my order.  The whole thing just looks like a big scam.  Pls help

If you bought before your account was fully set up here's how to claim as "guest" buyer:

However, often when sellers are suspended it's not possible to put in a claim through ebay.   So contact your payment provider direct and see if they can help with a refund.
