I bought boots and not received item I have contact seller to no joy and got receipt but not showing up on my eBay account

You may have made this purchase as a ' Guest Purchase'. For this, your eBay account is not used, so there will be nothing in your Purchase History.

As advised, use the link in Post 2 and open a case with Ebay to say you haven't received your item.
You have already said you haven't got anywhere with the seller, so open a case.

The seller will not action any refund , you have to first start a case. No point messaging the seller anymore.

Good, once a case has been opened it gives the seller 3 days to refund you, or to enter a tracking number showing delivery, that would close the case in their favour.
With no valid tracking number, if they do not refund, escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never close the case no matter what the seller suggests, or guarantees, just escalate if not refunded.

The seller doesn't need to message you.
eBay does not need to message you.
If you have opened a case for item not received ( have you ?), then if you are not refunded within 3 days on day 4 you escalate the case, that is, you ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
If the seller has tracking to show delivery they will not need to refund you.
No messages are need now concentrate on the case, and those timelines, to escalate.
